DR Congo: Congolese military justice must not procrastinate with the Rwandan infiltrator Alias « Joseph KABILA », but must instead strip him of his usurped Congolese nationality.

Indeed, the question of the national and ethnic origins, not dubious but indeed Rwandan, of the man who, for 18 years, from January 2001 to January 2019, and under a false identity, held the highest office in the Democratic Republic of Congo as President of the Republic, Supreme Magistrate and Supreme Commander of the Congolese Armed Forces and National Police, remains unresolved and unexplained to this day.

But in view of the current political and security situation in the east of the country, particularly in the two war-torn provinces of North Kivu and South Kivu, militarily occupied by the Rwandan army (Rwandan Defense Forces) under the cover of the terrorist and criminal organization M23, in concert with the Congo River Alliance (l´Alliance du Fleuve Congo), both led by Alias « Joseph KABILA » who no longer hides it, it is worth asking whether the time has not come for things to be clarified once and for all, and for the usurped Congolese identity of this foreign infiltrator and mercenary to be legally and officially removed from him ? Because, to the great displeasure of our people, his military-political adventure and his disastrous enterprise in the DR of Congo, for the benefit of Rwanda and other foreign powers, have lasted too long and must be brought to an end.

Thus, if some people, whether Congolese or foreigners, wherever they are on the planet, consider that doing « good politics » according to their narrative and their worldview, is equivalent to certain crucial issues affecting different spheres of national life never being addressed or dealt with ; and that politics, as the art of managing society well by establishing rules and laws for the benefit of all, should rather be emptied of all its substance and nobility, to be reduced to nothing more than a form of legal delinquency and official gangsterism, giving « carte blanche » to some of its actors to indulge in all excesses, with the guarantee of lifelong impunity, we think the opposite.

That said, we humbly believe that none of the right-thinking moralists, both at the national and international level, who believe they have the miracle solution to the Congolese problem, by implementing an extraordinary policy, more civilized and more lenient, and moreover ignored by ordinary Congolese mortals, has the right to prevent our people from resolving the problem of the usurpation of the identity of Alias « Joseph KABILA », which has caused them so much harm since October 1996.

And this under the pretext of a so-called policy that rarely engages in personal attacks against other political actors, but rather attacks their policies with political arguments. This is precisely what this case is about. Because the best policy currently in the DR of Congo, in the face of the existential threat that Alias « Joseph KABILA » now represents for its stability and national cohesion, is precisely that of first resolving the problem of his inauthentic identity, and thus neutralizing his future actions.

The political conformism of State lies imposed on the Congolese must end.

Indeed, in the minds and understanding of these people who constantly harp on about the thesis of a so-called « orthodox policy » of which they alone hold the secret, they imply that all the « State lies » and « false legends » concerning those who rule the DR of Congo by challenge, in particular their family origins, their places and dates of birth, their family ties, their life, school, university and professional paths, which they themselves constructed from scratch and then imposed on the Congolese people for three decades, in order to legitimize themselves, acquire credibility, and thus establish their power of occupation, constitute taboos that must under no circumstances be addressed, nor questioned, nor exposed to the light of day, nor even less deconstructed. The transgression of these taboos, so to speak, leads by the fact itself to sanctions, negative and hysterical reactions, or is perceived as a serious political error, or even a crime of lese-majesty.

In other words, according to those holding the occupying power and their supporters, the Congolese people, like subhumans deprived of any rights, even the right to question the identity of these « Sphinxes » born of a « spontaneous generation » who rule them, are instead forced to naively continue to believe and consider all their lies as absolute and peremptory truths, beyond any examination or challenge. This, of course, is equal in forcing an entire people into absolute silence and treating them like a band of eternal idiots.

This is despite the fact that these long-deceived people have finally discovered the truth about the true identity of the man who calls himself « Joseph KABILA », through daily experience and various concordant testimonies, notably those of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA’s children, as well as other irrefutable evidence. In reality, all the beautiful biographies about these former masters of power in Kinshasa, most of whom arrived in Congo in the luggage of the AFDL of Laurent-Désiré KABILA in May 1997, are nothing more than pure fables straight out of foreign political laboratories, with the aim of seizing the Congo, subjugating its people, and plundering its enormous natural resources.

But where the problem lies is when we see these fabrications supported and relayed in the media and even on social media by certain Congolese officials who have sold their souls to the occupiers. Moreover, they are also descendants of past Rwandan rebellions, improvised « historians », who repeat these fables and false versions of the biographies of these characters, or of the truncated human geography of the Congo, to lend credence to them, thus misleading and keeping the Congolese population in ignorance. This is all in order to preserve their privileges and ill-gotten gains.

Thus, the argument of the so-called « good politics, » which, according to them, rarely engages in so-called « personal attacks, » « hateful conduct, » and « ethnic hatred, » is nothing more than a cop-out and a strategy, serving as an excuse and a way out to avoid the real debate of clarifying who these people really are and where they come from, so as to indefinitely maintain their domination over the Congolese people and the exploitation of their wealth.

And this, for fear that the truths they hide will triumph over their deceptions and dogmatic State lies, and ultimately find themselves stripped of their legitimacy and Congolese nationality, usurped and acquired by arms, which give them wings and the audacity to believe they have the right to continue to engage and speak in the name of the Congo, but to its detriment.

For them, they consider that they have the right to behave as true masters of the place with unlimited power to cause harm, acting in synergy with foreign powers in this « conquered land » that now represents the DR of Congo, where everything is permitted to them, and I quote : collusion with foreign powers ; creation of « rebellions » and armed groups ; targeted assassinations ; massacres of civilians ; manipulations ; embezzlement of public funds and plundering of natural and other resources.

And according to their logic, which clearly reflects a blatant lack of honesty on their part, discussing the dubious Congolese nationality of certain personalities holding high positions in the highest spheres of civil and military power, and attempting to clarify this – because it is a legitimate and inalienable right of the Congolese people – is equal to exclusion, discrimination, political persecution, and even gratuitous « ethnic hatred » against them, as well as against their both internal and external allies, who condone and support them in both their false narrative and their constant, artificial and perverse victimization.

Because each of them, without distinction, of course, benefits from the current situation in the DR of Congo, which they seek to maintain indefinitely at all costs.

A simple verbal statement by Laurent-Désiré KABILA does not make him Congolese.

In reality, beyond the mere verbal statements of the late President Laurent-Désiré KABILA, who, after coming to power on May 17, 1997, presented Alias « Joseph KABILA » to the Congolese people as his « son », biological or adoptive, depending, of course, on the conditions imposed on him by the Rwandans and their Western masters, but in light of his behavior since his arrival in the Congo, everything indicates that this man is not Congolese, and does not have a single drop of Congolese blood flowing through his veins. With all due respect to his supporters : the truth is hard to hear, but it is the truth, they say.

And in this regard, one need only note the belligerent and bloody relations he maintained during his 18 years at the head of the DR of Congo with the other members of his « so-called father » family, namely Laurent-Désiré KABILA, to call into question the veracity of this famous lineage linking them to each other.

Thus, beyond the latter’s assassination, which the so-called « son » in question, during his long years in power, never bothered to try to elucidate the mystery and to bring to justice the true culprits of this State crime – General Eddy KAPEND, commander of the 22nd Military Region, had this sad experience – there are other victims among Laurent-Désiré KABILA’s children, who are supposed to be his brothers and sisters.

Should we recall here that, pure-blooded Congolese as he was, the simple words or declarations of Laurent-Désiré KABILA, a rebel at the time, returning from a long exile and bringing with him a cohort of rebels and foreign occupiers in the baggage of the AFDL, do not constitute a law on nationality ; nor do they serve as a Civil Status Service ; nor as a Ministry of Foreign Affairs, conferring on him the right and prerogatives to grant as he sees fit, and to whomever he sees fit : Congolese nationality ?

And even in the event of adoption, one wonders if he had presented the Congolese people with a legal document, such as an adoption certificate, issued by the competent authorities in the DR of Congo, or at a pinch by one of the Congolese diplomatic missions abroad, or more precisely in Tanzania where he was established, attesting to the legality of his adoption ? Otherwise, the Congolese State cannot formally, or even officially, recognize it. Since adoption is above all a legal act, it must be supported by official documents issued in good and due form.

Otherwise, all Congolese living in the diaspora, without any legal procedure, could well do the same and thus bring back to the country the children of their concubines or foreign wives, to make them « future presidents » of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Alias « Joseph KABILA » is not Congolese, because his political action and his own acts, not of treason, but in line with the mission to which he had been entrusted, going against the higher interests of the DR of Congo throughout his 18 years spent as President of the Republic, prove it sufficiently.

Alias “Joseph KABILA” was co-opted by a “surrogate biological mother”.

As for Sifa MAHANYA, our « National Traitor », originally from the province of Maniema, from the Bangubangu tribe (Ana Mongo), former concubine of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA, but in reality the legitimate wife of Mr. Michel LOKOMA, the latter’s companion in rebellion who was believed to have died during the Moba War in 1985, after being captured by the Zairian Armed Forces (the FAZ) and imprisoned in Buluwo Prison in Haut-Katanga until the liberation of the province by the AFDL in May 1997, she (Sifa) was presented to the Congolese immediately after the assassination of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA and the illegitimate seizure of power in blood by Alias « Joseph KABILA » as his « surrogate biological mother ».

Imprisoned in November 2000 after an assassination attempt by poisoning of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA. Finally secretly released on the eve of the fateful date of January 16, 2001 by Colonel ALAMBA, director of Makala Prison in Kinshasa, on the orders of Alias « Joseph KABILA », who had withdrawn to Lubumbashi for the needs of the cause in order to cover his tracks as to his responsibility in the coup d’état, Sifa MAHANYA is none other than one of his accomplices and objective allies in the bloody coup d’état of January 16, 2001 which cost the life of the President of the Republic, M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA.

Therefore, there is no filial connection between them. Rather, it was a « murderer’s deal » between these two characters that allowed this Rwandan imposter to benefit from a false Congolese maternity accompanied by « legitimacy » to the succession to power, in exchange for millions of US dollars per month and all the honors and privileges linked to her status as « Surrogate biological mother » of the new President of the Republic, namely : Alias « Joseph KABILA ». A role that she played in the highest treason against the Congolese Nation.

By what mechanism was Alias “Joseph KABILA” able to become Congolese ?

The Rwandan impostor and usurper, whose real name is Hypolite KANAMBE, is in reality the son of Andrien Christopher KANAMBE, a Rwandan Tutsi rebel who opposed the Hutu regime of Juvénal HABYARIMANA, a colleague of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA, executed by his fellow rebels for high treason at the end of the Moba War in 1985 ; and of Marceline KATEREBE, whose photo is shown opposite with his son, a Rwandan Tutsi who lived summarily in Kinshasa after her son seized power in a foreign land, then was transferred for obvious reasons to Kampala, Uganda, before being sent into hiding far away from Congo, this time in the United States. According to the latest news we have received, she recently died. Hence the question : « by what mechanism was Alias « Joseph KABILA » able to acquire Congolese nationality ? » Particularly after having served before October 1996 in the Rwandan Patriotic Army (RPA) as a private and Paul KAGAME’s close security agent.

Here is an illustration of a curious fact, and one that is, in itself, very telling about this man’s true identity.

Despite all the massacres of several hundred thousand or even millions of civilians that Rwanda has committed in the DR of Congo in almost 30 years, Alias « Joseph KABILA », upon his arrival in power in January 2001, found nothing better than to secretly withdraw the complaint filed with the International Court of Justice against both Rwanda and Uganda, in 1999 by President M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA, but only in favor of Rwanda, and to the detriment of Uganda, which was ordered to pay nearly 10 billion US dollars in damages to the DR of Congo for its war crimes and plundering of natural resources in Kisangani´s region.

You see, Dear Compatriots ! Let us be discerning and draw our own conclusions.

So, in the name of what and what principle of fairness did this man act in this way, demonstrating such partiality and loyalty to Rwanda, if he is not deeply bound to it by visceral blood ties ? Can he explain this to the Congolese people today ?

Is he now able to present to the Congolese people any document, such as an authentic birth certificate, a national identity document dating from the Congo of his official birth time ? Or, at least, any other educational or medical document issued by the competent Congolese authority, in order to silence and deny all the allegations against him ?

And if his Congolese nationality had been duly obtained – and he is not alone in this situation – can he then present to the Congolese people an authentic copy of the Official Journal dated before May 17, 1997, published by the competent authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which contains all the data relating (date and year) to his Congolese nationality of acquisition ?

Yet, he, like all the others who will recognize themselves in these lines, are all since the Rwandan-Ugandan invasion of October 1996, now « founding presidents » of political parties, in flagrant violation of the Constitution prohibiting foreigners from engaging in politics in the DR of Congo.

His so-called « twin sister » is none other than his paternal aunt.

Reliable sources have informed us that even his official year of birth, 1971, is false. These sources strongly assert that this man was born in 1966.

As for his alleged official birthplace, it is even more astonishing : HEWA BORA. A place and a toponym completely unknown to the Congolese authorities and not even appearing on the map of the Congo, where there is no maternity hospital, nor the slightest administrative structure, nor anything else, except for a place of refuge created and named by M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA and his fellow rebels themselves, serving as shelter from attacks by the Congolese army (the FAZ) that was hunting them down.

In reality, HEWA BORA, which means « Best Air » in Swahili language, is a nickname, a coded designation for a place perched on the high plateaus of the Fizi territory in the province of South Kivu, difficult to access for the enemy, or rather for the army, where M’zee L.D. KABILA and his companions in the rebellion against the Kinshasa government had set up their maquis. That is to say, nothing more, nothing less, than a rebel camp. Not a town, nor a village, nor even a hamlet.

So, to support this blatant lie about their birth, these Rwandan impostors, who mock the intelligence of the Congolese people, whom they consider in their minds to be quite naive and stupidly gullible, can think of nothing better than to tell them that Alias « Jaynet KABILA », known as Dada Jaynet, who is officially supposed to be the other’s twin sister, but in reality her paternal aunt, was curiously born in MANONO, in province of Tanganyika (Greater Katanga), and on a different date of birth than previously announced, before realizing their stupidity and subsequently correcting it. You see ! Who do these people think the Congolese are ? Answer : idiots.

As for his younger brother, Alias « Zowé KABILA », responding to a question from journalist Jean-Marie KASSAMBA during a television interview broadcast on YouTube, he declared – without ambiguity or equivocation – that he was happy to be part of the KABILA family since 1997. We deduce from this that he was not part of it before this year. So, what family did he belong to before ? And what was his name before he came to Congo ?

Murderer of his own “siblings” and other family members.

Among these few illustrative examples, which I will list to give you a brief idea of the sinister enterprise of Alias « Joseph KABILA » against members of his supposed family, there are notably :

The younger sister of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA, who in principle should be the « paternal aunt » of his famous nephew, the President of the Republic, namely Hortense KIBABU. She was assassinated in Lubumbashi, where she resided, after threatening to reveal to the Congolese people family secrets relating to the latter’s alleged « parentage » to her brother M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA.

There is also the emblematic case of Aimée KABILA Mulengela, who resembled her father exactly. Married and the mother of five children, she was brutally murdered in her bathroom on January 16, 2008, in Kinshasa, the seventh anniversary of her father’s assassination. And for good reason : she had the results of comparative DNA analyses proving that Alias ​​ »Joseph Kabila » was not related to his father, Laurent-Désiré KABILA. For investigative purposes, the victim was forced to hand over these results to the renowned human rights defender of the NGO VSV « The Voice of the Voiceless, » namely Floribert TSHEBEYA, who was also murdered along with his driver, Fidèle BAZANA, in October 2010, in the premises of the Congolese National Police (PNC), following a summons from the infamous General John NUMBI, formerly in cabal, but who recently joined the terrorist organization M23.

Furthermore, regarding the assassination of Aimée KABILA, the name of Sifa MAHANYA, the « surrogate biological mother » had been placed at the center of the testimonies at the time of this crime, as having been personally present at the scene of the crime during its perpetration.

Not forgetting, of course, the case of John KABILA, another biological son of Laurent-Désiré KABILA, who was also murdered by poisoning for similar reasons after fleeing to Côte d’Ivoire.

Thus, in all these cases of heinous assassinations of members of the KABILA family, which occurred at different times and very far apart in time, none of the perpetrators or their accomplices have been found to date. No legal proceedings or prosecutions have been initiated, even though all these victims were allegedly related by alleged family ties to their father’s so-called son, the « President of the Republic. » Doesn’t that seem very strange ? Isn’t it ?

The remaining surviving children of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA were all hunted down by the services commanded by their « supposed brother or nephew, depending on the case », like common criminals, forced to save their lives by living in exile in precarious conditions abroad, mainly in South Africa. Étienne KABILA and Ibrahim KABILA are the best known, as they were very familiar to the media, giving their testimonies against the Rwandan usurper who confiscated and deprived them of their family legitimacy, as well as their inheritance.

Where else in sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in the Congo, has such a situation been seen, where, in the name of family solidarity, the success of a brother or sister is an opportunity for the meteoric rise of the entire extended family, the tribe, or even the entire ethnic group ?

Alias « Joseph KABILA » is also the one who ordered the shooting at close range of the very young Thérèse KAPANGALA, the fighter Rossi MUKENDI, as well as the UDPS activists burned alive in their party headquarters in 2016. They were all campaigning for democracy and the holding of free general elections in accordance with the electoral calendar.

Not to mention one of the great resistance fighters of the Congolese diaspora in Belgium, namely : the late Armand TUNGULU, savagely massacred by Alias “Joseph KABILA” on his Kingakati farm on the outskirts of Kinshasa, and whose mortal remains remain unfound to this day.

The time has come to break this silence that has lasted far too long.

Must freedom-loving Congolese patriots, who hold positions of responsibility and decision-making within the country’s various institutions, continue to play their game, remain silent, and indefinitely respect this code of silence imposed on our people under various threats, blackmail, and intimidation, rather than challenge and debunk it for the good of the Congo ?

To achieve this, the leaders of both the civil and military justice systems, the Senate, the National Assembly, and other relevant Congolese institutions (with jurisdiction in this area) must muster their courage and thus put an end to this situation of subordination to the occupiers on our own soil. Because in reality, the Congolese people will not continue to be destroyed by foreigners who harm them, but by Congolese people who watch them being destroyed, doing nothing to stop their executioners in their deadly endeavor, built on hatred of the Congolese people, greed for their wealth, greed, and shameless and blatant lies.

It is worth it, in order to free the country from the Rwandan and foreign captivity in which it is held prisoner. Otherwise, this blessed gift inherited from our ancestors, the Congo, will remain under foreign domination and exploitation for a long time to come, to the detriment of our people who are depressed in undignified, even miserable, living conditions, with no hope of emerging into a better future.

A true son of the country cannot massacre so many Congolese, unless he is a foreigner.

Given the behavior and actions of people in general in all spheres of national life, there is no need to draw pictures to help some people understand and separate the true Congolese from the false.

Because a native Congolese with family, friendship, sociocultural, historical, patriotic, or even emotional ties to the DR of Congo cannot afford the luxury of massacring tens of thousands of other Congolese in such a thoughtless and indiscriminate manner – at the risk of harming his/her own people – across our vast country, for the sole purpose of (re)conquering or illegitimately retaining power at the head of the state, in order to satisfy his/her financial greed.

None of our previous Presidents of the Republic of happy memory, starting with Joseph KASA-VUBU, MOBUTU Sese Seko, Laurent-Désiré KABILA, and even less so our first Prime Minister and national hero, in this case Patrice Emery LUMUMBA, or PATEL to his close friends, did so. And this is understandable, given their ties to the Congo.

This is why the unusual case of the man who falsely calls himself « Joseph KABILA », who has distinguished himself in serial massacres, defies all understanding and is, to the highest degree, revealing his lack of visceral ties to the Congo, and therefore, his false Congolese identity. Because you don’t act like that in a country that is truly your own.

As a historical reminder, I will therefore list some sixteen (16) bloody facts so revealing of what he is, marking his 4 + 18 years of reign of terror, which confirm the accuracy of my words :

1. In November 1996, Alias « Joseph KABILA » began his armed break-in into the DR of Congo with the AFDL rebellion, under the name of Commander Hypo, starting by sexually raping a very beautiful young Congolese girl barely out of puberty, in the commune of Makiso in the martyred city of Kisangani.

2. In 2000, President M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA entrusted him with command of military operations in the Pweto region of Katanga to defend it against the advance of the attacking Rwandan army towards diamond-rich Kasai. He handed it over without a fight to his real (Rwandan) army to which he actually belonged, and had his Rwandan brothers massacre at point-blank range, including wounded : more than 250 Congolese officers and soldiers of the former Forces Armées Zaïroises (ex-FAZ), as well as his rival, Anselme MASASU Nindaga, a « Muanya-Mulenge » patriot and chief of staff of the Congolese army, who thwarted his evil designs against the Congo and whom he hated with all his heart.

3. In August 2006, he attempted to physically eliminate the former Vice-President of the Republic, Jean-Pierre BEMBA Gombo, while he was in talks with 13 CIAT ambassadors, including those from the USA, Great Britain and France, by ordering his Presidential Guard to attack his residence in Gombe with heavy weapons, provoking violent clashes between the two camps in the heart of Kinshasa and leaving 500 dead and dozens injured according to witnesses.

4. In March 2007, in collaboration with Paul KAGAME’s Rwandan Patriotic Army (now RDF), Alias « Joseph KABILA » orchestrated a surprise attack on Congolese army positions in Mushaki, North Kivu, before the awakening and just before the start of military operations against the Rwandan CNDP attackers under the command of their officer Laurent NKUNDABATWARE. The result : the massacre of more than 4,000 Congolese Armed Forces (FAC) soldiers in less than an hour. The aim was to discourage the Congolese army and thus allow the Rwandans to operate freely for total control of the DR of Congo.

5. Also in March 2007, in the province of Kongo-Central, thanks to the good care of elements of the army dressed in police uniform, he massacred more than 808 members of the politico-mystical-religious group Bundu dia Kongo, under the direction of its charismatic leader, the late Ne MWANDA Nsemi, in Luozi and in the port towns of Boma, Matadi and Muanda, despite their legitimate demands. It was a real manhunt.

6. In the wake of that same year 2007, Alias « Joseph KABILA » will sacrifice the territorial integrity of the DR of Congo, for the benefit of his power stolen from Jean-Pierre BEMBA, the true winner of the two-round presidential elections of 2006, by letting the Angolan army invade and seize thirteen diamond-rich localities in the territory of Kahemba in the province of Kwilu (Greater Bandundu), now an integral part of the national territory of the Republic of Angola and which no one claims to this day.

7. In mid-March 2007, Alias « Joseph KABILA » struck again. His presidential guard once again attacked Jean-Pierre BEMBA’s Gombo residence in the heart of Kinshasa with heavy weapons. This act violated the lives of peaceful Congolese people going about their daily business. The clashes left 200 dead, including Hugo TANZAMBI, the famous money changer. BEMBA was saved thanks to his guards, who managed to evacuate him to the South African embassy, before traveling to Portugal in mid-April for treatment.

8. In October and November 2009, in the province of Sud-Ubangi, the territory of Kungu was the scene of bloody inter-ethnic clashes between the Lobala (Enyele) and the Boba (Monzaya) for control of water reserves and ponds rich in fish, Alias « Joseph KABILA » thus brought in elements of the army, particularly in the Dongo region, who perpetrated horrific massacres of approximately 3,000 innocent civilians, neither directly nor indirectly involved in the conflict in question. The aim was to gratuitously persecute the citizens of the Greater Equator province, which his regime designated by Code 32, referring to MOBUTU’s 32-year reign.

9. Strangely, every time a worthy son of Congo, a uniformed corps or a valiant officer opposed the Rwandan Occupation on the battlefield and inflicted severe setbacks on the enemy, Alias « Joseph KABILA », in intelligence with his Rwandan brothers in Kigali, took care to physically eliminate him by resorting to unconventional methods of execution. This is the case of our valiant generals : Félix MBUDJA MABE, poisoned and died in South Africa in May 2009, after having defeated and driven out of Bukavu in 2004 the Rwandan attackers (of the Rwandan Patriotic Army) led by Jules MUTEBUZI and Laurent NKUNDABATWARE ; MAMADOU NDALA, victim of an ambush, shot and burned in his burnt-out jeep in the Beni – Eringeti region, after having routed the terrorist organization M23/Rwadan Defence Forces in 2013, with his comrade-in-arms Jean-Lucien BAHUMA Ambamba, in turn poisoned and died in 2014 in South Africa like his predecessor and elder Félix Mbudja Mabe. Sending them to South Africa for treatment at the last minute is actually the ultimate way out of the afterlife to cover up the traces of an assassination disguised as illness.

10. In December 2013, in the heart of Kinshasa, Alias « Joseph KABILA » also ordered the heinous massacre of hundreds of supporters of Pastor Jean-Paul MUKUNGUBILA, who had attempted to take control of the site of Radiodiffusion Télévision Nationale Congolaise (RTNC) for a previously unknown announcement.

11. In March 2016, the sinister Maluku Mass Grave, in the Mbinzo district of Kinshasa, was discovered, containing more than 420 bodies in an advanced state of decomposition, and the mystery remains unsolved to this day. Alias « Joseph KABILA » has never spoken about it, despite protests from various human rights organizations, including Human Rights Watch.

12. On September 19 and September 20, 2016, in Goma and in Kinshasa, calling for general elections before the end of Alias « Joseph Kabila’s » term, he ordered his so-called « Bana Mura » soldiers to open fire indiscriminately on protesters. The violence resulted in more than 80 deaths according to the UDPS, 44 deaths according to Human Rights Watch, and three opposition party headquarters were burned in Kinshasa ; and 19 deaths in Goma.

13. In 2016 – 2019, in Kasai-Central, in order to continue to savagely exploit their diamond wealth without any profit for the local populations languishing in abject poverty, Alias « Joseph KABILA » will have the traditional chief KAMUINA Nsapu, who opposed this state of affairs, brutally assassinated by his so-called « Bana Mura » soldiers, will have his wife publicly raped and will perpetrate massacres of tens of thousands of civilians, including several hundred buried in 87 huge mass graves. According to the Catholic Church, 3,383 Congolese were killed. More than 1.4 million people were displaced, including 600,000 children. More than 30,000 survivors have since found refuge in Angola, where they still live today in indescribably precarious conditions.

14. In 2017, in order to exploit their subsoil rich in oil deposits and other critical minerals, Alias « Joseph KABILA » will fabricate the inter-ethnic conflict between the Batende and the Banunu in Yumbi, in the province of Maï-Ndombe (Greater Bandundu). Result : 535 dead and 111 wounded, and internal refugees, including thousands more who found refuge in Congo-Brazzaville, notably in Makotimpoko and on the islets of the Congo River. In addition, at least 967 buildings, mainly homes, but also 14 churches, 17 schools and five health centers were looted and/or destroyed.

15. On January 26 and February 16, 2025, the cities of Goma and Bukavu fell to the Rwandan RDF/M23 army, respectively. Since then, more than 11,000 Congolese have been killed by the attackers in these two provincial capitals, and more than 7 million people have been internally displaced. While, according to their preparations, these attackers are preparing to seize the city of Uvira with Kalemie as their target, the death toll continues to rise.

16. And to top it all off, Alias « Joseph KABILA » is the one who, with his long-time accomplice and ally, namely : Moses SORIANO known as Moïse KATUMBI, then governor of the mining province of Katanga, engaged in the illicit trafficking of strategic raw materials such as uranium, for the benefit of States suspected by the collective West of wanting to acquire the « nuclear bomb », first and foremost the Islamic Republic of Iran. The inequitable sharing of the revenues generated by this trafficking, to the detriment of Alias « Joseph KABILA » who had been cheated by his accomplice, was indeed the cause of the conflict between these two birds of the same ilk, and not because of the ridiculous story of the so-called « Third Penalty », which forced Moïse KATUMBI into voluntary exile between 2016 and 2019. It should be remembered that it is thanks to President Félix TSHISEKEDI that he was able to set foot on Congolese soil again.

May the military justice system completely strip him of his stolen Congolese nationality !

Clearly, the world is full of people who are no wiser.

After being forced by the political activism of Congolese in the diaspora and within the country, including the Lay Coordination Committee (CLC) of the Catholic Church, combined with international pressure, to step down from power in January 2019, Mr. Alias « Joseph KABILA »,  whose Rwandan origins are now nothing more than an open secret in the DR of Congo, except for a handful of die-hard traitors who, for obvious reasons, still persist in their high treason against the Congolese nation, should have –  in his withdrawal from the political scene –  showed wisdom and modesty. He wanted to have his cake and eat it too.

That is, to leave permanently and be content with everything that this foreign country, Congo, has given him in terms of : honors and privileges as a senator for life ; the respectability of a former president ; immense wealth at the expense of the Congolese people ; parliamentary immunities granting him protection and the right to non-prosecution, beyond all his bloody, economic, and financial crimes, not to mention his high treason and lack of loyalty to the Congo.

Because for Alias « Joseph KABILA », the fact of having illegitimately ruled for 18 years –  thanks, of course, to an international conspiracy and a combination of unexpected circumstances –  a large African country that, in reality, was not his own, and into which he fell like a hair in the soup, with his total ignorance of the country and its people, his intellectual and professional shortcomings, and his incompetence, was in itself an extraordinary stroke of luck (Chance Eloko Pamba in the Congolese jargon of Kinshasa), even a divine grace beyond all hope, for a young foreigner « under 30 years », who entered the Congo clandestinely without passport or identity papers, but armed in hand, to sow death and desolation, and finally, to seize it.

But instead of this judicious approach, beneficial to him, his biological family, and his political fraternity, this man unfortunately made the opposite choice : to regain power by force of arms and destabilize the Congo politically, economically, and in the security sphere, which he claims is his « surrogate country of origin. »

How ? In particular, by creating institutional blockages and incessant political crises between the CACH/UDPS and the FCC/PPRD ; armed groups with tribal boundaries against a backdrop of « artificial and bloody inter-ethnic conflicts » between the Banunu and the Batende in Mai-Ndombe province in 2019, and in 2021, between the Bayaka and the Bateke (the sinister Mobondo) on the outskirts of the city-province of Kinshasa and Kwango province ; insurrectionist movements in the provinces of North and South Kivu, including the M23, the AFC, and the GUMINO/Twagihanero, which have been operating there since 2019 and 2022 respectively.

All this, with the now avowed objective of his recent media appearance on May 21, 2025, from Rwanda, which he and his acolytes described as a so-called « address to the nation. » It’s unclear which nation he is referring to. In other words, to first deteriorate the situation in Congo on all levels, and then emerge from his reserve by establishing himself as a « providential man, » the only one capable of pulling DR of Congo out of the quagmire into which he himself, through his machavellian machinations, has largely contributed to plunging it since 2019. The ultimate goal : to regain power.

Finally, the masks have now fallen…

Faced with international difficulties due to the diplomatic activism of the Congolese government, embodied by its excellent Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Thérèse KAYIKWAMBA, and abandoned by its most important Western sponsors because of its umpteenth war of aggression and predation against the Democratic Republic of Congo, where the Rwandan regular army (the RDF) occupies the cities of Goma and Bukavu, the provincial capitals of North Kivu and South Kivu respectively, Paul Kagame, losing ground, is facing the reality.

Financially sanctioned by his main bilateral donors and condemned by UN Security Council Resolution 27-73, imposing the unconditional withdrawal of his mono-ethnic troops from Congolese national territory ; and fearing above all the possible consequences that could result from the Strategic Partnership Agreement « Minerals for Security » between the USA and the DR Congo, as well as the Peace Agreement between Congo and Rwanda signed on June 27 in Washington, Paul KAGAME decided upstream and strategically to step back and thus continue to act discreetly in the shadows.

Thus, he handed over to Alias « Joseph KABILA », who openly took over the leadership of the M23 and the AFC as a rebel leader, now operating openly, hoping to give a Congolese face to the Rwandan aggression and occupation of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The objective pursued in this commotion by Paul KAGAME, Alias « Joseph KABILA » and their few rare supporters in Africa, including three currently serving presidents : Yoweri MUSEVENI of Uganda (until proven otherwise), William RUTO of Kenya, Dénis SASSOU Nguesso of Congo-Brazzaville, as well as two ex-presidents, Thabo MBEKI of South Africa and Ologum OBASSANJO of Nigeria, is to give international credence to their fallacious thesis of a Congolese-Congolese conflict, in order to exonerate themselves and discharge their responsibilities that each of them bears to their extent, in the aggression and looting of the Congo. With the ultimate goal: to finally put their accomplice Alias « Joseph KABILA » and company back in affairs. 

Alias « Joseph KABILA » must be treated as such and put back in his rightful place.

As a former President of the Republic and Senator for Life, Alias « Joseph KABILA » is bound by a duty of reserve and unwavering loyalty to the institutions of the DR of Congo, pursuant to the provisions of the Law granting him this special status.

But sadly, when the latter chose to become a rebel leader again, using Rwanda, his country of origin, which has been waging war against the Congo for nearly 30 years, as a rear base to attack and massacre the Congolese people, and to fight the institutions of the Republic, the first of which is represented by the current President of the Republic, Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI Tshilombo, as well as the Armed Forces of the Republic (FARDC), as an instrument of defense and security for these same institutions, the Congolese people, and the national territory, Mr. Alias « Joseph KABILA » has, through these acts of « high treason », disqualified and excluded himself from the Congolese nation, to which he never belonged in any case.

And this constitutes a flagrant violation of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo, which he himself promulgated in February 2006, which, in Article 64, stipulates the following :

« Every Congolese has the duty to oppose any individual or group of individuals who seize power by force or who exercise it in violation of the provisions of this Constitution. »

In light of the aforementioned constitutional provision, Alias « Joseph Kabila » is thoughtlessly trampling on the laws of the country he once led, clearly considering himself above them, while displaying cynical contempt for the Congolese people, whose blood he persists in seeking to shed indefinitely, with a view to his illegitimate reconquest of power in a country that is not his own. In fact, this is continuing to treat the entire Congolese people as something they are not : idiots.

Thus, this criminal option must find its just repercussions, and this man must be punished for his irrational and insulting recklessness towards the Congolese state and its people. These multiple acts of « high treason », linked to the simple fact of having played the role of « President of the Republic » based on his « usurped Congolese nationality », cannot go unpunished indefinitely, because by choosing his side, he has demonstrated to the world that he is not Congolese but Rwandan.

It is therefore up to the Courts, both civil and military, to ascertain the harm caused to the State and the entire Congolese nation, and to decide, in particular, to strip him of his famous usurped Congolese « nationality » and « legitimacy », his status as senator for life, and to ban him for life from setting foot on Congolese soil. Because, in any case, he will never return there of his own free will, except to the zone militarily occupied by Rwanda, in Goma and Bukavu, or elsewhere in Greater Kivu.

Justice should pull the rug out from under his feet and short-circuit his future actions.

In fact, procrastinating and continuing to play « cat and mouse » with Alias « Joseph KABILA » is a serious mistake with serious consequences for the future of the country, in terms of national cohesion and unity, peace, and stability. Especially given that, with his excessive ambitions and shared objectives, he continues to threaten the Congo with implosion and balkanization.

This is why the Congolese military justice system must, without further delay, clarify matters by telling him openly, clearly, and unequivocally that he is, on the one hand, a Rwandan « military-political » infiltrator and mercenary acting on behalf of the Congo ; and that, on the other hand, his deception of usurping his Congolese identity is nothing than an « Open secret » for the common Congolese. He must be purely and simply delegitimized. And that, as a result, the end of his long and damaging adventure in the Democratic Republic of Congo has come.

Given that this game of hide-and-seek is perceived by Alias « Joseph KABILA » and his supporters, but especially internationally, as an admission of impotence, full of cowardice and laxity on the part of the Congolese State and people, who indulge in endlessly playing at being « good democrats with an inclusive and integrating spirit », opposed to the so-called policy of « exclusion and discrimination » despite the damage it has caused in the Congo. It’s as if to say to the Congolese : « Now that you all know I’m Rwandan, what next ? What are you doing then to prevent me from continuing to carry out my projects in your country ? » In fact, this gives the impression that the Congolese State fears the reactions of a certain public opinion that supports him – for obvious reasons – both inside and outside the DR of Congo.

Of course, such an attitude suits it perfectly and reinforces his deception of believing himself to be a Congolese « right-holder, » thus giving him the audacity to continue speaking out, to send emissaries abroad of the same caliber as himself, such as Barnabé KIKAYA Bin Karubi, who was once banned from participating in the 1992 National Conference for usurping his Congolese nationality, and to act in the name of the DR of Congo, while believing that he and his accomplices have the right to foment plots to destabilize it, to impose recurring wars on it at will, and to massacre its people with complete impunity without worrying about anything untoward in return.

Furthermore, it is worth asking : how many peoples and countries within the so-called moralizing International community, which often exerts pressure on the Congolese State, including Rwanda, its country of origin and aggressor of the Congo, are ready to accept and let such things happen for almost 30 years in their country, without appropriate reaction ?

In any case, in this matter, Western countries, including the United States of America, which traditionally consider themselves the most democratic and liberal, do not hesitate for a single moment to apply their law – for far less than the harm caused to the Congolese people by this man – by stripping the nationality of uncivil citizens of foreign origin, before expelling them for life from their national territory. And no one in the International community makes a problem of it, and the sky is not falling on their heads either.

Such acts of high treason committed by Alias « Joseph KABILA » in the United States of America, the « World Champion of Human Rights » par excellence, deserve without further delay : the death penalty by lethal injection or the electric chair. While in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the almost unconscious people and the comprador State find ridiculous excuses for doing nothing about it.

This is why, in the name of the sovereignty of the Congo as an independent country, this outlaw must be definitively put out of harm’s way, by a clear and unequivocal court decision aimed at stopping him and his accomplices in their murderous madness.

The loss of his usurped Congolese nationality will not, however, render him stateless.

In any case, what one could say in the event of a possible, but necessary, revocation of Alias « Joseph KABILA’s usurped Congolese nationality – however coercive, even unfair, it may be, if it were to be perceived as such by those who support him against all odds – is that there is no need to worry in this regard. One thing is certain : this revocation will not render him stateless.

For there is no doubt that he is indeed of Rwandan origin and a Rwandan citizen. However, the current Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda provides for and guarantees, in its Article 7, paragraphs 3 and 5, the right of any person of Rwandan origin, regardless of their nationality, wishing to regain Rwandan nationality, to submit an application to the competent authority.

Article 7 stipulates the following :

Everyone has the right to nationality.

Dual nationality is permitted.

Original Rwandan nationality cannot be revoked.

No one may be arbitrarily deprived of their nationality or the right to change their nationality.

Rwandans or their descendants who, between November 1, 1959, and December 31, 1994, lost their Rwandan nationality following the acquisition of a foreign nationality shall automatically be reinstated to Rwandan nationality if they return to settle in Rwanda.

Persons of Rwandan origin and their descendants have the right to acquire Rwandan nationality, if they so request.

The conditions for acquiring, retaining, enjoying, and losing Rwandan nationality are defined by an organic law.

Thus, in light of this constitutional provision of Rwanda, it is clear that Alias « Joseph KABILA », who has made Rwanda his rear base, from where everything is planned to launch military operations against the national territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo, will have nothing to lose since he is already there and could be reinstated to his original Rwandan nationality as soon as he requests it. And in any case, there is no indication that this would have been taken away from him at any time.

On the other hand, we Congolese, unlike him and so many other individuals or characters with dual or even multiple nationalities, who, for nearly three decades, have caused great harm to the Democratic Republic of Congo, have nothing else and nowhere to go, in case we lose this only country that our ancestors bequeathed to us. Hence, our sacred duty to jealously protect it against all covetousness and sabotage from those who have other alternatives.

They have nothing more harsh to inflict on the Congolese people.

Contrary to the words of all these « prophets of doom » inside and outside the country, who only meditate the destruction of the Congolese people, there will be no worse crisis in the country than the one already raging there, and the sky will not fall on our heads.

In any case, the war and its trail of misfortunes that this man, in complicity with his Rwandan brothers and associates, has imposed on us, has already been going on for 30 years. And the Congolese have nothing more serious or monstrous to fear if this man’s stolen Congolese nationality were to be stripped from him. In your opinion, what more could this band of imposters, usurpers, and foreign occupiers inflict on the Congolese people, apart from what they have already suffered ? Answer : nothing else ! They have endured difficult times for a long time and have shown great resilience.

Lifting this man’s lifetime senatorial immunity is, of course, a start to solving the Congolese problem, because we have to start somewhere with a first action. All these brave Congolese miscreants and indomitable traitors would do better to stop clumsily asking the courageous Minister Jean-Pierre BEMBA if these statements of June 9, 2025, on Top Congo would solve the problem. Yes, of course! As the Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu said, and I quote : « A journey of 1,000 kilometers always begins with a first step. » End of quote. No one has the right to intimidate and silence the Congolese people.

Perhaps, according to them, we should let this imposter and usurper of Congolese legitimacy and identity continue his logic and criminal activities in our country, without anything being done or denounced ? Is that really what they think ? The crisis evoked by these « birds of ill omen » will not be aggravated by the lifting of his parliamentary immunities, nor by the forfeiture of his usurped nationality. Do they want to play on the fear of the Congolese people by spreading an unfounded psychosis in the country ? Moreover, the Government will know, through its competent authorities, how to take the necessary measures to prevent this from happening.

Alias « Joseph KABILA » is not a traitor, but rather a Rwandan agent serving in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

He is not a traitor, Dear Compatriots, because only a native Congolese can be a traitor. Calling this man a traitor is a linguistic error that must be absolutely avoided.

This « Sphinx », who appeared out of nowhere after holding the Presidency of the Republic for 18 years under the political pseudonym « Joseph Kabila », is none other than a pure Rwandan. In reality, he is a Rwandan agent and occupier who, at the head of the Congo, successfully played the role assigned to him by the genocidal, warmongering, ethno-supremacist, and criminal Tutsi regime in power in Rwanda, which was in turn supported by the international political and financial mafia. Therefore, calling this individual a traitor simply amounts to endorsing his false, usurped Congolese identity.

Alias « Joseph KABILA » is not Congolese, as his own acts and political actions, not « high treason, » but consistent with the mission entrusted to him, carried out against the higher interests of the DR of Congo throughout his 18 years as President of the Republic, prove it amply. He is acting as a Rwandan agent serving in the DR of Congo. This is the simple truth.

As proof, the former « President of the Republic » has once again become a rebel against the institutions of the Republic, operating from his native Rwanda via cities of Goma or Bukavu, where he is undesirable in the eyes of the Congolese people of origin. He has just revealed himself as he is:  a Rwandan, not a Congolese. Otherwise, how can we explain his choice of Rwanda, knowing that this same country has spent the last thirty years to date waging war, destabilizing, massacring millions of victims, and plundering the natural, economic, and other resources of the DR of Congo.

And it is on the side of this same Rwanda, whose umpteenth aggression against the Congo he has never at any time condemned, that this man will side with in an attempt to regain power by force of arms, and thus reestablish the old dictatorial and criminal order, and from there, revitalize both the Rwandan occupation of the DR of Congo and the moribund and tottering regime of Paul KAGAME in Kigali. Frankly, this is mocking and defying an entire people, whom this man must consider less than human cattle and a bunch of idiots.

As a result, his usurped Congolese nationality must be declared null and void and revoked. This Court decision must be accompanied by a formal ban on acting and speaking in the name of the Congo.

First-hand confession of Alias “Joseph KABILA” to Cardinal Frédéric ETSOU.

And for your information, allow me to relate a firsthand account from the person concerned herself:

At the height of the legitimacy crisis following the assassination of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA in mid-January 2001, between Alias « Joseph KABILA » and one of the late president’s wives, whom the latter had unsuccessfully attempted to subjugate, corrupt, and physically eliminate before Sifa MAHANYA, namely Esther Marie-Louise EKANGA RAMAZANI. She, originally from Maniema and the Bankusu tribe, has since taken refuge somewhere in Scandinavia via Congo-Brazzaville. Thus, to find a solution to the crisis, the late Cardinal Frédéric ETSOU intervened, offering his good offices in an attempt to reconcile these two supposed members of the same family. Of course, the so-called « son of his father » and his « stepmother. »

But what a disappointment the great Catholic prelate must have faced in the hall of his archbishopric where the meeting was taking place, when Alias « Joseph KABILA, » without mincing words in an arrogant and irreverent tone, bluntly declared to the Cardinal the following : « I bear the name KABILA, but I do not belong to the KABILA family« , end of quote.

Taken aside at the end of the meeting, Cardinal Frédéric ETSOU, heartbroken and confused, told the poor woman that he had never seen in his entire priestly life someone as ignoble and ungrateful as the famous Alias « Joseph KABILA ». He had no choice but to submit to the refusal of reconciliation expressed by this swindler and Rwandan social climber who had appeared out of nowhere.

When people ask you for proof, tell yourself that they are directly or indirectly involved.

Most often, in a political context, or simply in daily life, both in the diaspora and within the Congo, when you denounce this panoply of State lies imposed on us since October 1996 by the occupiers, you will hear certain Congolese politicians, civil servants, journalists, bloggers, YouTubers, members of political parties, or simply blind and stupid supporters retort : « Do you have proof of what you are saying ? » As if, in their understanding, these Rwandan-foreign imposters and occupiers would willingly provide proof of their lies to the Congolese people, so that they could denounce and expose their deception.

So, when you encounter such people who react this way, tell yourself that they are themselves either in the same situation. That is, they are either infiltrated foreigners ; either they possess, in addition to their usurped or dubious Congolese nationality, multiple other nationalities ; or they are Congolese by origin but corrupt to the core, traitors and/or beneficiaries of the Occupation system in place ; or they simply suffer from an intellectual, ethical and moral inadequacy, to the point of not being capable of understanding and analyzing simple visible facts, palpable in all spheres of national life, and denounced by reliable and authorized voices, and of drawing the necessary conclusions from them.

Deal or not, we don’t care. Félix TSHISEKEDI is within his rights.

 » Hoisted by his own petard » or « caught at his own game »

Whether or not there was a power-sharing and joint governance agreement between President Félix TSHISEKEDI and the Rwandan imposter, alias « Joseph KABILA » – as the latter confirmed during his media appearance on May 15, 2025 – following the presidential election of December 30, 2018, won in any case by Martin FAYULU, who unfortunately saw his victory stolen and shared between the FCC and the CACH, is irrelevant to us today ; it no longer matters. In fact, we were among the very first to denounce this electoral heist at the time.

And in any case, this must be a definitively closed page in the political history of the DR of Congo, and we must look to the future, because President Félix TSHISEKEDI has now handily won the last presidential election in December 2023 with a whopping 73% of the vote, and enjoys full popular legitimacy.

Therefore, there is no respect to be given to unacceptable agreements, contrary to the best interests of the Congolese nation and concluded with a foreign usurper. Otherwise, we would all have been perceived as a nation of unconscious idiots, devoid of any patriotism.

To do this, we rather take a hat off to President Félix TSHISEKEDI Tshilombo, who is within his rights, as a native Congolese, and who was right, after so many humiliations, to turn around and renounce these deadly and anti-republican agreements, mortgaging the sovereignty, independence and future of the Congo, by sharing them with a Rwandan imposter and occupier who came to us on duty on behalf of his country. Better late than never, they say, provided that this break is sincere and definitive.

This is not without coincidence, reminiscent of the happy ending of a tale entitled : Mikombe and the Demon, written by Lepa Mabila Saye and taken from a collection of Tales and Legends of Tradition, at the end of which the famous Mikombe emerged victorious from his « game hunting pact » with the demon. When an individual who attempts to trap another becomes himself a victim of his machinations.

This is why it is worth asking whether it would not be meritorious for President Félix TSHISEKEDI to henceforth be nicknamed : « Fatshi-Mikombe. »

Finally, let this man, namely : Alias « Joseph KABILA », instead go into politics and call for inter-Rwandan dialogue in Rwanda, where he can legitimately, as a Rwandan by birth and citizenship, submit his famous  » 12-points proposals « , and conclude joint governance agreements with/between himself, his mentor Paul KAGAME, and their Hutu compatriots – whose heavy artillery bombardment he personally ordered in the Rwandan refugee camps of Tingi-Tingi and Mugunga on KAGAME’s orders in March 1997 in eastern Congo, causing a total of more than 25,000 deaths – who are discriminated against and considered second-class citizens, even human cattle, despite representing more than 85% of their country’s total population.

As for us, beyond any other political consideration, we remain resolutely aligned with State institutions and the higher interests of the Congolese people.
