DR CONGO: With the ongoing clean-up of the army and the death sentence against alias « Joseph KABILA », the Congolese political space must also be cleared of « foreign political » parties

While the senior leadership of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) is undergoing a complete overhaul, including the arrests of its former Chief of General Staff, General TSHIWEWE, and General Franck NTUMBA, former Head of the Military Household of the President of the Republic, with the aim of purging them of all the harmful elements that abound within them, including infiltrators, traitors and double agents, it seems more than appropriate, even imperative, to do the same, on the side of the political space which has become unhealthy, since it is just as infected with infiltrators, traitors and double agents, who prevent the current political class and state institutions from being able to function normally in the best interest of the Congolese people, as in other countries.
Since the fall of the regime of Marshal MOBUTU Sese Seko on May 17, 1997, the DR of Congo under its various successors has been characterized, beyond the wars of aggression and predation of Rwanda and Uganda and their multifaceted consequences, by permanent political instability which has forced this country to go from political crisis to political crisis, from political dialogue to political dialogue, and this, without any satisfying and final result, both for the political actors themselves and for the Congolese people who are paying the price. It is a bitter observation, certainly, but we must ask ourselves : what is the reason for this ?
The reason is simple : this current Congolese political class, like its national army (the FARDC), is infested with « spontaneously generated » and self-proclaimed Congolese, or even, to put it bluntly, foreigners in the service of foreign powers, and they act within it like a grain of sand hindering its proper functioning by creating crises.
Indeed, the laxity that followed the fall of Marshal MOBUTU Sese Seko must have left the door open to all sorts of excessive ambitions and projects, on the part of many of these foreigners already present in the country, and those who came to Congo thanks to the Rwandan-Ugandan invasion under the cover of the AFDL of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA, aiming to seize the entire political, military, administrative and economic apparatus of the Congo, in order to enslave its people, to control it and to exploit it indefinitely for their own benefit.
How could this have been possible, one wonders?
During the trial of Alias « Joseph KABILA », upon reading the indictment denouncing his imposture, his usurpation of Congolese identity and nationality, and the indictment against him, but especially after the verdict condemning him to death penalty, we heard here and there the ordinary Congolese say : « Oh! What a misfortune, my God ! « How could we have allowed ourselves to be deceived and led by a Rwandan spy for 18 years ?« . Nothing surprising in that ! Yet it is normal, when one does not know neither how to be vigilant nor how to jealously protect the land of one’s ancestors.
Because, given the degree of unconsciousness, negligence, naivety and lack of vigilance and patriotism that the Congolese people have shown since the fall of the Mobutu regime, what we all deplore today, both on the side of the national army and on the side of the political class, is indeed the logical consequence of this irresponsible attitude for which we bear more or less collective responsibility, each in his or her sphere of power and activity. What had we done then to prevent this from happening ? Nothing !
We often hear it said : « The army and its command have been infiltrated by Rwandans. » Hence its weakness in the face of the enemy, because it has been sabotaged from within by the latter who has infiltrated it from top to bottom and rendered its operational capacity ineffective.
But what is being said about the political class and the administration ? Do we really take the time to carefully observe the reality of the Congolese political arena, without even needing a magnifying glass, to note with bitterness to what extent the political parties and institutions, even administrative ones, have been overwhelmed and dominated by these same foreigners since the end of President MOBUTU’s regime and the assassination of Laurent-Désiré KABILA ?
It is precisely these foreigners, self-proclaimed Congolese, because we do not know how and by what mechanism they spontaneously became so, who, in their immense majority, constitute the grain of sand that constantly blocks the political and administrative machine, creating in a recurring manner in the country : so-called rebellions and endless political crises, thus preventing it from functioning as it should.
And this, for the sole purpose of maintaining control over the functioning of political life and state power, by demanding so-called political dialogues that allow them to find their advantage each time during these meetings, where nothing beneficial for the people is advocated, except the sharing of positions of responsibility in the state apparatus and the joint management of power and state enterprises. Otherwise, they use their influence and all the financial and other means at their disposal, amassed on the backs of the Congolese, to destabilize and wage war in the Congo through so-called rebellions supported militarily by neighboring countries, first and foremost Rwanda, which has never hidden it, despite its ridiculous denials that do not change the sad reality on the ground.
However, the Congolese Constitution in its Chapter II, relating to the Constitution of political parties and groups, Section 1, in its Article 11, is clear and formal on this.
The founding member of a political party must meet the following conditions :
– Be of Congolese nationality by father and mother ;
– Be at least 30 years old ;
– Demonstrate a sufficient level of intellectual, scientific, or technical training or proven professional or political experience ;
– Enjoy their civil and political rights and have not been sentenced to an infamous punishment ;
– Provide proof of payment of taxes, duties, and all other debts owed to the State ;
– Not engage in conduct contrary to the principles and objectives defined in Article 3 ;
– Be in perfect mental health ;
– Have actually resided in the Democratic Republic of Congo for at least one year prior to filing the case.
Furthermore, any person prosecuted by the public prosecutor before a trial court for a political and/or economic crime that has marked the country’s history since its independence may not be a founding member of a political party until a final judgment has been rendered in the proceedings.
What is a political party ?
Legal understanding or definition of the political party under the terms of article 2 of the law under review, by political party, we mean « an association of natural persons of Congolese nationality who share the same ideology and the same social project, with a view to conquering and democratically exercising power.
Take a moment to observe the Congolese political arena and see for yourself which political parties dominate it and who their leaders, or even their founding presidents, are. The observation is bitter : most, if not all, are political parties created by individuals with dubious Congolese nationality, that is, of foreign origin, or either of a nationality acquired irregularly by self-attribution without any legal procedure, or possessing several foreign nationalities that they readily claim as soon as they find themselves outside Congolese national territory. Suddenly, they revert to their true nationalities and become, as if by transmutation : Rwandans, Zambians, Ugandans, etc.
So, if they became citizens by acquisition, well, could they in this case provide proof in the form of administrative documents, such as a copy of the Official Journal, attesting to the regular and legal nature of their naturalization as Congolese ?
But unfortunately, most of the time, many of them show such divided loyalty towards the DR of Congo and their country of origin or that of (one of) their parents that, as soon as they are outside the Congolese borders, they claim their true nationality.
Because in truth, the Congolese, demonstrating a carelessness and naivety unparalleled in Africa and the world, bordering on a notorious irresponsibility towards their country, yet a global safe and reserve of resources of all kinds, confuse : Hospitality and Hospital. Everyone is allowed in as in a hospital, without any control and without seeking to identify them. Yet, even in a hospital where everyone is admitted, no one is admitted without having been previously identified. Isn’t that right ?
Are they really Congolese or foreign political parties ?
Let us come to the famous political parties most dominant on the Congolese political scene and their leaders, or rather to speak right, their founding presidents.
As we have seen above, and as the country’s Constitution unambiguously states in its Article 11, paragraph 1 relating to the Organization and Functioning of Political Parties, the first and sine qua non condition for being able to found a political party in the DR of Congo is to be, above all, Congolese by father and mother. Thus, people of foreign origin are not authorized to do so. It is as simple and as clear as that.
And yet, when we look at most of the most « influential » political actors on the Congolese national political arena and the parties they founded and which they lead autocratically like true gurus and sole masters of thought, we clearly see that they are « Congolese » of not dubious but foreign origins.
According to the current Constitution, one is Congolese, either by origin, having inherited it from one’s parents, or by acquisition through naturalization, and this, individually.
And Article 10 of the same Constitution stipulates : « Congolese nationality is unique and cannot be held concurrently with any other nationality. »
While, in contrast, the current Rwandan Constitution, in its Article 7, which deals with nationality, authorizes dual nationality, as well as the return of descendants to reacquire Rwandan nationality, and states the following :
Every person has the right to nationality.
- Every person has the right to nationality.
- No person may be deprived of Rwandan nationality of origin.
- No person shall be arbitrarily deprived of his or her nationality or of the right to change nationality.
- Rwandans or their descendants who were deprived of their nationality between 1st November 1959 and 31 December 1994 by reason of acquisition of foreign nationalities automatically reacquire Rwandan nationality if they return to settle in Rwanda.
- All persons originating from Rwanda and their descendants shall, upon their request, be entitled to Rwandan nationality.
- The conditions of acquisition, retention, enjoyment and deprivation of Rwandan nationality shall be determined by an Organic Law.
This therefore leads more than one native Congolese to legitimately ask : when and by what mechanism did they first become Congolese ? And by virtue of what right were they authorized to create their own political parties, in total violation of what the law provides in this matter ? What would there be, then, that is xenophobic, relentless or exclusionary towards X in the fact that the Congolese are asking such a question and seeking to clarify it ?
So, don’t you think it is convenient and justified to ask whether such political formations, although already existing and operational in the country, but created as if in defiance and in contempt of the law by individuals who, of their own accord, proclaimed themselves Congolese overnight ‒ because some of them were born in Congo ‒, are truly legitimate and legal, and actually have the slightest right to impose themselves in the Congolese national political arena ? However, law and sociology contradict them.
Blaise Pascal, the famous French jurist, mathematician, scientist and philosopher in his philosophical and theological work Les Pensées (The Thoughts), said and I quote : « Why is it that the lame man does not irritate us, but the lame mind irritates us ? Because the lame man recognizes that it is we who walk straight, but the lame mind says that it is we who are wrong. » End of quote.
Indeed, what is revolting in the behavior of these political authors who have become real factors of destabilization of the smooth running of the national policy to which reference is made, is this haughty attitude that they display by denying or deliberately hiding their past and by trying to rewrite new pages of their biographies, already well known to their contemporaries and to the collective Congolese memory.
Thus forgetting that the Congolese of origin who welcomed their parents, saw them born within their families for some ; or saw them come from abroad to settle in the DR of Congo with their families for others ; and saw them evolve in daily life in their respective towns and neighborhoods, during their school and university courses, in their professional life, and knew well who and from what national and ethnic origins they were.
But unfortunately, today, these people who became « compatriots » thanks to an unfortunate set of circumstances that has struck the DR of Congo since October 1996, have chosen to deny everything and have suddenly become Congolese by « spontaneous generation theory, » with no past and about whom nothing is known. Some have even invented their own « tribe » with a fanciful name. A sort of caste that claims to be privileged, above the law, the Congolese and the State, who must all bow to its excessive demands. And, strangely, they firmly believe their own lie, which they want to impose on the entire world, in a surge of fallacious victimization. Others have been « integrated, » in order to hide their true foreign identity, into cross-border Congolese tribes, particularly those in the east and south of the country.
Now, make no mistake, our people as a whole have not suddenly become amnesiac, to the point of no longer remembering that they were not originally Congolese.
Let us cite some very emblematic cases of the leaders of these political parties :
Let us all see together if such individuals deserve or can at least claim to be founders of supposedly legal and legitimate political parties in the DR of Congo.
Indeed, the vacuum of state authority left by the fall of Marshal MOBUTU Sese Seko in May 1997, followed by the assassination of M’zee Laurent-Désiré KABILA in January 2001, opened the door to all kinds of political, military and economic adventurism for foreigners who had lived in our country and those who came illegally to settle in our country following the Rwandan-Ugandan invasion of October 1996. Adventurism that they would never have dared to have during the lifetime of these two strong men and Congolese patriots mentioned above.
It all started with the bloody coup d’état and the illegitimate seizure of power by Alias « Joseph KABILA » in January 2001. This national tragedy served as a starting point that would immediately trigger the unleashing of all sorts of excessive ambitions on the part of these « foreigners », thus making possible their dazzling emergence as leading political, military and economic figures, dominating all the highest spheres of national life, since the DR of Congo had fallen under their occupation, and was no longer reduced to a conquered land, a sort of collective playground without surveillance and without any rules to respect, where everything was now permitted to this foreign scum who had seized it.
We will take some of the most famous of these founding presidents, briefly drawing up their profiles, or even, to put it simply, their careers since they arrived in Congo :

Alias “Joseph KABILA”, founding president of the People’s Party for Reconstruction and Democracy (PPRD).
Falling like a hair in the soup in October 1996 in the DR of Congo, in the aftermath of the war of aggression and the Rwandan-Ugandan invasion of the DR of Congo under the cover of the Alliance of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Congo/Zaire (AFDL), led by Laurent-Désiré KABILA, this war criminal, impostor, usurper and Rwandan infiltrator whose case has just been decided by a death sentence dated August 22, 2025, sentence pronounced by the High Military Court sitting and ruling in complete independence, is the most emblematic. Because it must be considered as a « masterstroke » to have succeeded in deceiving and dominating an entire people for so long.
Pretending to be Congolese, and allegedly the son of the former President of the Republic from May 17, 1997 to January 16, 2001, Laurent-Désiré KABILA and Mrs. Sifa MAHANYA, his « biological surrogate » mother, who, curiously, never gave birth to a child in her life. In reality, the son of Christopher KANAMBE and Marceline KATEREBE, both Rwandan Tutsi with no connection to the Congo, except for friendship with Laurent-Désiré KABILA. This man of unparalleled cynicism, managed to deceive an entire people for eighteen (18) long years, by succeeding his so-called father at the head of the DR of Congo, after having assassinated him with the complicity of foreign powers, first and foremost Rwanda, his country of origin and from where he came.
In 2002, after successfully establishing his illegitimate power in a foreign land, he created his own party, the People’s Party for Reconstruction and Democracy (PPRD). A totalitarian and comprador party that successively robbed presidential and legislative power in the 2006, 2011 and 2018 elections, in order to stay in power forever.

Moses SORIANO, known as Moïse KATUMBI, founding president of the Ensemble pour le Changement (Together for Change party).
Born to a Zambian mother from the Bambemba or Bayeke cross-border tribe and a Sephardic Jewish father of Greek origin, Nissim SORIANO. Younger brother of Raphaël SORIANO KATEBE KATOTO born to a Congolese mother (Mubemba), businessman and politician now retired, Moïse KATUMBI grew up in Lubumbashi, Katanga, where he studied and later went into the fishing business, then the mining sector. Married to Carine Nahayo KATUMBI, a Rwandan of Burundian nationality, whose father was a former Burundian diplomat in the Federal Republic of Germany.
President of the great Congolese football club, Tout Puissant Mazembe, several times African Champion of Champions Clubs and Cup Winners.
He held the post of governor of the rich mining province of Greater Katanga for eight years, from 2007 to 2015, before fleeing into voluntary exile abroad after falling out with his accomplice Alias « Joseph KABILA » then president of the republic, due to an incorrect division of shares to the detriment of the latter, in a case of illicit sale of uranium to the Islamic Republic of Iran, aiming among other things to access for his security the « closed club » of nuclear power.
However, while he was appointed governor of Greater Katanga in 2007, a rather unusual situation arose abroad. The Zambian Minister of Foreign Affairs, KABINGA Jacus PANDE, demanded the return to Zambia of a Zambian citizen named Moïse KATUMBI, who should have been brought to justice in his country for having defaulted on large loans, but who had fled his responsibilities in neighboring DR of Congo to become a provincial governor there.
But the Zambians quickly backed down and silenced their demands when they realized that it was in their own best interest. That is, like the Rwandans, the possibility of having a future Zambian president at the head of the DR of Congo. This is how his run-ins with the Zambian justice system were resolved.
In 2015, he founded his first political party, namely : Ensemble pour la République (Together for the Republic), later renamed in 2018 : Ensemble pour le Changement (Together for Change), where he participated as an independent candidate in the presidential election of December 2023, thanks to President Félix TSHISEKEDI who made his return to Congo possible and of whom he was the challenger, and will be literally beaten by the latter, only managing to gather a very low score of barely 18% of the votes.
However, in this regard, the Congolese collective memory remembers very well having seen in 2023 a video, still available on social networks, where Mr. Moïse KATUMBI, visiting Israel, his father’s land of origin, led without batting an eyelid a campaign of demonization in broad daylight against the Congolese with his Israeli Jewish paternal uncles, gratuitously accusing an entire people of unfounded things, in particular of wanting to exclude him from participating in the presidential election of December 30, 2023, because he was born of a Jewish father.
Today, Moïse KATUMBI, the man with excessive ambitions to become at all costs president of the republic of a country that is not his, because he always favors his Zambian passport whenever he is outside the borders of Congo for his travels around the world ; in voluntary cabal, he is currently ‒ according to a recent United Nations Report ‒ one of the sponsors and instigators of these two terrorist and criminal organizations that are the M23 and the AFC which mercilessly sow death and desolation among our civilian populations in the provinces of South Kivu and North Kivu, of which Bukavu and Goma are the martyred capitals.

Azarias RUBERWA, co-founder and president of the very sinister Rassemblement Congolais pour la Démocratie (Congolese Rally for Democracy) (RCD/Kigali, known as RCD/Goma).
His real name is RUBERWANGA ABAGABO, born in Cyagungu in 1964, Rwandan by father and mother. In 1970, his family moved to Fizi in South Kivu, thanks to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (HRC). Azarias RUBERWA is originally a lawyer who graduated from the University of Lubumbashi in Haut-Katanga.
He was Vice-President of the Republic, then Minister of Decentralization and Institutional Reform, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Minister of State and Justice and Keeper of the Seals. He is par excellence the creator in violation of the law of the famous « rural commune of Minembwe », and this, in intelligence with the criminal Rwandan regime of Paul KAGAME, in their common project (of creation) to make it a Rwandan enclave within the Democratic Republic of Congo.
According to the American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Azarias RUBERWA and his accomplice Moïse NYARUGABO are the bosses of two terrorist and criminal organizations operating in the Minembwe region, responsible of killings and disaters : GUMINO/TWIRWANEHO.
In 2002, Rwanda placed him at the head of the RCD/Goma, in anticipation of the so-called « Inter-Congolese Dialogue » in Sun City, in South Africa, to the detriment of Aldophe ONOSUMBA, until then its president of this armed organization of Rwandan origin which occupied North Kivu and South Kivu, as well as a large part of the East of the Republic, sowing death and desolation.
Professor Simon Huit MULONGO Kalonda of the University of Lubumbashi, then academic secretary, remembers as if it were only yesterday having to manage the file during the latter’s registration in this university establishment.
Professor Simon Huit MULONGO Kalonda of the University of Lubumbashi, then academic secretary, remembers as if it were yesterday, having to manage the file during the latter’s registration in this university establishment. He was dazzled and amazed when he saw the same RUBERWA, formerly admitted to UNILU as a Rwandan student born in Rwanda, precisely in Cyagungu, who became Vice President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, thanks to the magic of the agreements of the so-called « Inter-Congolese Dialogue of Sun City » in April 2002 in South Africa, introduce himself as Congolese of « Muanya-Mulenge » origin, born in Minembwe in South Kivu, he could not believe his eyes and had to react to demystify this big hoax and restore the historical truth.
This did not please the now all-powerful Azarias RUBERWA, who feared that the truth would come to light. As a result, Professor Huit MULONGO was saked from his position as academic secretary on his orders. A video of his testimony on this matter is available on YouTube.com.
It was in Azaria RUBERWA’s Bukavu residence that a mass grave filled with remains and more than 2,000 human skeletons was exhumed in 2009, massacred during their so-called rebellion from 1998 to 2003, when South Kivu was under Rwandan military control.
Moïse N
YARUGABO, influential senior executive and number 2 of the Rassemblement Congolais pour la Démocratie (Congolese Rally for Democracy) (RCD/Kigali, known as RCD/Goma)
This other unpunished RCD/Goma war criminal, born in Kibuye, Rwanda in 1968, who constantly threatens to set the DR of Congo ablaze, has again issued threats after the death sentence of his compatriot and accomplice, Alias « Joseph KABILA. » He arrived in Congo via Burundi to live with his aunt, who was married to a Congolese man in Uvira in the 1980s. Formerly an elected member of parliament for Kinshasa and a senator. Currently, he has voluntarily fled abroad, from where he threatens DR of Congo and its people.
Moïse NYARUGABO is the Rwandan thug who, upon the arrival of the AFDL in Kinshasa in May 1997, quickly stripped the DR of Congo of all its national civil status archives, transferred them to Rwanda and partly destroyed them, after having stolen them from their warehouses in the Defense building located in the African Union City at Mont Ngaliema.
And this is with the aim of erasing all traces and memories, so that we can no longer identify who is who, who is Congolese and who is not. This is the work that this man, whom Congo protected, fed, educated, clothed, and gave everything to, has come to accomplish in our country. He misses no opportunity to kill us and threatens us constantly. In the minds of these people who have taken up arms, the « much-demanded dialogue » is nothing more than an instrument of their legitimization, which they have always used every time they have committed crimes and atrocities. It guarantees them lifelong impunity and ensures their rehabilitation and reintegration both into Congolese society and to access positions of responsibility in the political and administrative apparatus of the state.
According to the American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Moïse NYARUGABO and his accomplice Azarias RUBERWA are the bosses of two terrorist and criminal organizations operating in the Minembwe region: GUMINO/TWIRWANEHO.
And internationally, this « unwanted dialogue » that even our Catholic prelates are wrongly demanding, giving the impression of having lost their common sense, will exonerate the rogue state of Rwanda ‒ and its allies ‒ by clearing it of all its crimes of all kinds committed in the DR of Congo, by making its umpteenth war of aggression and predation appear to the international Community as a simple internal crisis, that is to say, a Congolese-Congolese one.
Hence their insistence on holding a dialogue, at the end of which agreements will be concluded, and this, not in the interest of the Congolese people and state which is relegated to the last of their concerns, but rather for their selfish and partisan interests.

Vital KAMERHE, founding president of his Union pour la Nation Congolaise (Union for the Congolese Nation) (UNC)
Born in 1959, son of Constatin KAMERE, a Rwandan immigrant from the late 1950s and a mother who was apparently Congolese and Mushi from the Walungu territory, Vital KAMERE, whose father was an executive at the Caisse d’épargne du Congo/Zaïre (CADECO/CADEZA), lived in different provinces of Congo as his father was transferred to various places of service.
Indeed, the Congolese who knew Vital KAMERE and his family in his youth in Bukavu, Kananga, Kikwit where his uncle was a professor at ISP/Kikwit, or in Kinshasa where he studied at the University of Kinshasa, knew him as Rwandan. However, today, all these people are completely unaware of when he became Congolese by birth.
Moreover, by the way, Valentin MUBAKE, the current president of the UDPS le Peuple, gave a testimony at the end of his two years spent in Kigali, Rwanda, as a representative of his party, then under the leadership of the late maximo leader Étienne TSHISEKEDI wa MULUMBA, about his meeting with Vital KAMERE in the company of his great uncle, a full-blooded Rwandan, who was introduced to him by Patrick KAREGEYA, former head of Rwandan military intelligence, assassinated in 2013 in Johannesburg, South Africa by Paul KAGAME’s henchmen, after defecting from the criminal and genocidal Rwandan regime.
But there is also the testimony of the former governor of the Greater Équateur province, José MAKILA, attesting to Vital KAMERE’s undeniable Rwandan nationality. Indeed, when he had enough of these Rwandans in power in Kinshasa who kept making his life hell by confiscating his real estate, José MAKILA called the late National President of the Alliance of Patriots for the Refoundation of Congo (APARECO), Honoré NGBANDA Nzambo Ko Atumba, and confided in him, telling him that he was married to Vital KAMERE’s younger sister, that he had been endowed and married in Rwanda, where the family and the entire KAMERE clan were originally established.
A distinguished embezzler of public funds, Vital KAMERE was implicated in an obscure case of kickbacks involving hydrocarbon revenues valued at more than 15 million US dollars in 2019, and the following year, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison and pardoned a year later by President Félix TSHISEKEDI, and finally curiously acquitted on Appeal in June 2022, for having embezzled more than 50 million US dollars allocated to the 100 Days Project, relating to prefabricated houses under the care of the Lebanese businessman Samir JAMMAL, for the benefit of low-income Congolese.
Vital KAMERE, who served as Minister of Information and Economy, then twice as President of the National Assembly, is also the Rwandan Trojan Horse and the Hutu on duty for the Tutsis, placed at the highest levels of Congolese politics to create a diversion. He is on good terms with foreign powers and the so-called rebels who all want harm the DR of Congo. Hence his recurring demands for a « dialogue of rehabilitation and impunity » with war criminals of all stripes whose hands are covered in the blood of millions of Congolese.

Augustin MATATA PONYO, founding president of the Leadership et Gouvernance pour le Développement (LGD)(Leadership and Governance for Development party).
Born in Kindu, Maniema province, in 1964, to a Rwandan father and mother, Augustin MATATA Ponyo does not have a single drop of Congolese blood in his veins. Moreover, the former Prime Minister under the Mobutu regime, LUNDA BULULU, was stunned and almost fell over when he saw the latter introduce himself as Congolese and occupy the post of Prime Minister of the DR Congo. He has never recovered from it until today.
For, Dean LUNDA BULULU remembers very well, as if it were yesterday, having received in his office as Prime Minister of the Republic of Zaire, a delegation of Rwandan officials who came to plead their case to him, led precisely by Augustin MATATA PONYO as head of delegation. The Dean is still alive and resides in Kinshasa near Bibwa. His statements have never been denied by the person concerned MATATA PONYO, if only they were false.
A graduate in Economics, Augustin MATATA PONYO served as Minister of Finance from 2010 to 2012, then as Prime Minister from 2012 to 2016. He was appointed to this position just after the death of Ambassador KATUMBA MWANKE Augustin, whose plane carrying him, and on board which was Augustin MATATA PONYO among the few passengers, crashed upon landing at Bukavu airport. Curiously, KATUMBA MWANKE was the only one to die in this accident.
Thus, in the wake of the ongoing trial of Alias « Joseph KABILA », a reversal of the situation occurs. We learn from the lawyers of the Republic in their indictment against the accused Alias « Joseph KABILA », that Ambassador KATUMBA MWANKE Augustin was rather assassinated in Kigali by the Rwandan services, and that this famous crash would have only served as a masquerade to cover up this heinous crime against a worthy son of the Congo. The Rwandans accused him of ambition to seize power in his own country.
Augustin MATATA PONYO is currently a senator for Maniema, and founding president since May 2022 of the political party Leadership and Governance for Development (LGD), but has voluntarily fled to the east of the country, where he joined the M23/AFC which is sowing death and desolation in Greater Kivu ; after his sentence to 20 years in prison, for embezzlement of more than 350 million US dollars allocated to the large agro-industrial project of Bukangalonzo in the province of Kwango.

Modeste BAHATI LUKWEBO, founding president of the l’Alliance des Forces démocratiques du Congo (AFDC) (Alliance of Democratic Forces of Congo).
Born in 1956 to a Rwandan father and mother, he claims to be from the Shi tribe of Kabare territory. Originally a university professor and businessman, his students at the University of Kinshasa in the mid-1980s, as well as his neighbors when he lived in the Yolo-Sud neighborhood in the commune of Kalamu in Kinshasa, knew him as a pure-blooded Rwandan. Having suddenly become Congolese by birth under the regime of the Rwandan impostor and usurper Alias « Joseph KABILA, » many of them can’t believe it.
He was Minister of Economy and President of the Senate from 2021 to 2024. Founding President of the Alliance of Democratic Forces of Congo (AFDC) since 2010, he has at no time condemned the warlike and terrorist actions of the Rwandan army (RDF) and the M23/AFC in Eastern Congo, or even currently in Bukavu, where he is supposed to be from. Ultimately, the question is : who are these people really working for ?

The absurd case of Faustin Dunia BAKARANI and his run-ins with the Rwandan justice system.
In 2008, MP Dunia Bakarani, a member of the Congolese Liberation Movement (MLC), was arrested in Rwanda for unpaid loans. To this end, the Congolese National Assembly sent a delegation of MPs to Kigali to secure his release. The delegation then argued his parliamentary humility before Rwandan judges, thus protecting him from prosecution as a sitting MP.
But the Rwandan judges did not see it that way, bluntly refuting that the latter was not Congolese but Rwandan, and that his famous humility was null and void in Rwanda. Thus, the « dishonorable deputy, » as convicted, will serve his one-year prison sentence there, before simply returning to his seat as national deputy at the People’s Palace in Kinshasa, unmolested as if nothing had happened. Such absurdities occur nowhere else but than in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
All these illegitimate political parties that break the law must be dissolved.
In view of the above, and in light of the aforementioned constitutional provision, namely : Article 11 in extenso, with particular emphasis on its first paragraph, relating to the Organization and Functioning of political parties and groups, there are many political parties such as those cited in this reflection, just like so many others not cited, which purely and simply deserve to be dissolved, since their founders and leaders of non-Congolese but « partially » or foreign origin, are not authorized to found political parties, nor to exercise an active policy in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
That being said, the Congolese State, through its supervisory authority, namely the Ministry of the Interior, must assume its responsibilities by withdrawing, after investigation on a case-by-case basis, the approvals and authorizations for the creation of political parties from all these organizations which have become real nightmares, creators of insurrectional hotbeds and armed terrorist groups, but above all obstacles to the smooth running of political life in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Thus, ethnic Congolese, executives and members of organizations that would be affected by the dissolution, wishing to continue to actively participate in the country’s political life as actors, would do better to take the initiative of creating new political parties with new names, because they are no less deserving. Or, at a pinch, join other already existing political parties. Like their members, supporters and voters, they would only have to transfer their support, their militancy and their activism to the newly created parties by ethnic Congolese.
They are the first enemies of national identification.
In reality, in the world of criminals, infiltrators, usurpers, forgers, and others, darkness, blur, lack of visibility, twilight, disorder, and the like are ideals for them that allow them to act easily without worrying about anything. On the other hand, their opposites, namely : light, clarity, and clarification, are what they hate the most, because they expose their plans and schemes to the light of day and lay them bare.
The Democratic Republic of Congo is, if I’m not mistaken, the only country in the world without a national identity card, allowing it to identify its citizens and identify itself when needed. This unusual situation raises many questions about its causes.
The Congolese government last issued a national identity card to Congolese citizens in 1986, under the regime of Marshal Mobutu. Since then, nothing has been done to provide the country with a national identification system. Similarly, the last national census of the country’s total population dates back to 1984.
Obviously, this situation suited the holders of the Rwandan occupation power, first and foremost the usurper and main infiltrator, Alias « Joseph KABILA ». The latter, like all the other foreign infiltrators, had no interest in changing this state of affairs, for fear that their impostures, their deceptions and their usurpation of identity and nationality would be revealed.
This is why a simple voter card, serving as an identity document, was imposed on the Congolese during the 18 years of illegitimate power of this man from Rwanda until today. Moreover, this famous voter card had always been widely distributed by the hundreds of thousands by the Occupiers to their foreign counterparts, on the eve of each electoral process, so that they would vote for them. The status quo obviously suited them.
That said, the time has come to change this situation and establish a structure responsible for national identification and the development of a national identity card for the Congolese. However, it will also be necessary to consider conducting a census of the country’s total population, rather than relying solely on estimates from foreign agencies.
But one thing is certain, the President of the Republic, Félix TSHISEKEDI, had already done so in 2019, by appointing the late Ekumanyi WETSHI, a Congolese from the Diaspora who had lived and worked in Belgium, and whose place of service was near the Gare du Nord in Brussels, to the position of National Identification Officer. He was a man of great value and very intelligent, who was also the designer of the current Belgian passport. He was also a political and cultural communicator on the Lobiko Radio channel broadcasting on the Internet between 2006 and 2010.
President Felix Tshisekedi recalled him to the country shortly after coming to power to carry out this mission, but the enemies of Congo quickly assassinated him using unconventional methods, maliciously administering a deadly substance. May his soul rest in peace!
However, the Congolese State must not lower its guard in the face of these malicious attempts aimed at discouraging any initiative in this direction ; it will therefore be necessary to act quickly and thus save the country which has been dispossessed from us by the enemy of excessive infiltration.
It seems more than legitimate and opportune that the current Constitution of belligerence falls with its architect.
Finally, the Rwandan usurper, Alias « Joseph KABILA », having reigned illegitimately for 18 years at the head of the DR of Congo, being now sidelined from the national political scene, with his death sentence for war crimes and crimes of high treason by the Congolese High Military Court, it appears more than legitimate and opportune that the current Constitution of belligerence, tailor-made for the interests of foreigners in Liège in Belgium, then imposed on the DR of Congo in February 2005 by a sham popular referendum, goes with the one who promulgated it because it is now obsolete.
Hence the need to start now to bring together and set up an inclusive preparatory commission, including even our traditional leaders, for the development of a new Constitution adapted to both the socio-political and cultural realities, and to the customs and traditions of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Only one dialogue is envisaged, on the eve of the 2028 elections.
Considering that in 30 years, the DR of Congo has had to hold more than fifty political dialogues which, in their great majority, have only resulted in giving birth to a mouse.
In reality, these endless and sterile political dialogues have been nothing more than public or even secret meetings (confraternities) between those in power and their unarmed and armed opponents – who, unfortunately for them, see their plans fail – with the aim, on the one hand, of whitewashing and rehabilitating people, especially of foreign origin, who have committed crimes of all kinds ; and on the other hand, of sharing and jointly managing power in the political-administrative, military and economic apparatus of the State, for their individual and partisan interests. And the fool of the farce, as usual, will be the Congolese people who will see nothing good come of it and will continue to suffer.
Since the same causes produce the same effects, we must therefore ask ourselves what would be the point of multiplying so-called messianic dialogues, knowing that in the end, nothing beneficial would come of them in the supreme interest of the Congolese people.
In short, with the general elections having already taken place since December 2023, the winners being known and in office, the various State institutions having already been put in place in the months that followed and functioning normally since then, the only democratic and legitimate option left to those who wish to access power and thus manage the country is neither more nor less : the general elections of 2028.
In other words, those who want to disrupt the constitutional order through a coup d’état or fruitless dialogue will have to be patient and allow the current managers of the State to reach the end of their mandate, so that they can fully assume responsibility for their management and finally be judged on their record in 2028.
After having endured all kinds of humiliations, assassinations, summary executions, wars of aggression and predation, infiltrations, betrayals, unjust rehabilitations for the benefit of criminals accompanied by guaranteed impunity, interminable crises and sterile political dialogues, the Congolese must finally say : Enough is enough !
